dissatisfaction

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking through Hotels.com. We had reserved two rooms and received a confirmation, but upon our arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available. Additionally, the hotel environment was unacceptable. The property was filled with strong smoke from a nearby restaurant, which permeated the rooms and made the atmosphere unbearable. The rooms smelled of smoke, and the cleanliness was also concerning: the bathroom was dirty, the amenities were lacking, and the sheets were covered in hair. As a result, I was forced to leave in the middle of the night. Given this experience, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be using Hotels.com for my future bookings. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that improvements are made to prevent others from facing similar issues.

Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve diyaloğa açık. Kaldığımız odanın kapısı tam kapanmadığı için kilitlemek zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil görece mütevazi bir kahvaltıyı servis ediyorlar. Odada bir kettle bardak çay vb. Şeyler olsa iyi olabilirdi. Banyoda su izleri vardı o yüzden temizliğin yüzeysel yapıldığı belli oluyor. Konum sahile belki 50 adım mesafede denebilir. Cunda’da takıcıların arasında ve otelden çıktığınızda hemen kalabalığa karışabiliyorsunuz.

Kısa sürekli konaklama için tercih ettik bu nedenle önceliğimiz konumunun merkezi olmasıydı. Oda tertemizdi çok rahat konakladık. Teras kısmında oturmak, kahvaltı etmek çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltısı oldukça başarılıydı ve her şey kaliteliydi. Konumunun çok merkezi olmasından dolayı dışarıdan gelecek sesi göze alarak gittik. Zaten gece saat 1 gibi gürültü azalarak bitti.

Birinci katta, standart 20 m2 odada kaldık. Şehrin en merkezi yerinde, geniş, güzel ve aydınlık odaları olan bir otel. Otel şehrin ve yeme-içme ve eğlence mekanlarının ve alışveriş yerlerinin tam ortasında, bu nedenle de müzik gürültüsü gece saat onikiye, sokak gürültüsü ise saat bire kadar devam ediyor, ama bu bizim için sıkıntı değildi. Kahvaltısı güzel ve terasta veriliyor. Kahvaltıda verilen sigara böreği (çok güzel ama sadece 1 veya 2 tane veriliyor), yumurtalı ekmek, kızarmış patates gibi sıcak ürünler siz masaya oturduktan sonra kızartılıp sıcak sıcak servis ediliyor. Otopark imkanı yok. Arabamızı otelin 150 metre yakınındaki NURİ ZARPLI ilkokulunun bahçesine bıraktık; en yakın ve en ucuzu burası. 200-500 metre uzaklıkta 3 otopark daha var ama onlar daha pahalı (bu pahalı 3 otoparkın Ağustos 2024 fiyatı: gecelik 300 TL). Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Otel tertemiz. Bize verilen odayı sevemedim pencere yok havasızdı. O çok mutsuz etti. Oda değiştirmeyi sevmiyorum. Ekonomik oda depresyon odası gibi. İlgili ve Güleryüzlü hizmet var. Cunda gereksiz bir yer ben sevmedim. Raki ve balık. Denize girecek yerler çok uzak. Balık yemeyen için alternatif yok. Ben aç kaldım. Aşırı pahalı bir yer. Bodrum ucuz.

Butik otel havasında Fiyat performans olarak ideal denilebilir. Konum merkezi olması güzel bundan dolayı aracınızı uzak bir otoparka bırakmanız gerekiyor bu da dezavantajı. Sadece konaklamak için düşünüyorsanız ideal olabilir. Pakete dahil kahvaltı var çok bir beklenti yaratmasın, fazla özenli değil, biraz daha geliştirilmeli.

Otel yer olarak Cunda sahile birkaç adım mesafede.Yeni bir bina,aydınlık,yeterince büyük odalar ve tertemiz.Çalışan tüm arkadaşlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü.Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. sezonda erken uyumak merkezi konumundan dolayı zor olabilir.Biz çok memnun kaldık,teşekkür ediyoruz çalışan arkadaşlara 🌻

Verilen odada çok ağır kanalizasyon kokusu vardı. İşin garip tarafı hiçbir mahcubiyet yaşanmadan bunun normal olduğunu kabul ettirmeye çalışmalarıydı. Bu şekilde kalmayı reddettiğimiz için başka odaya yönlendirdiler. Cezbedici tek tarafı konumu idi, kahvaltısı da idare ederdi.
