We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful property, great breakfast and wonderful staff! Our rooms were quite adorable and quaint. The only thing is our friends in the room next to us could hear us, the walls are a bit thin with not great insulation. Everything else was amazing!

We had a Standard room and I would caution that it is really quite small, but for us the room was just for sleeping. Lots of room around the property and view from common deck area is great. Breakfast is A1 and staff are super helpful and willing to try to understand our crazy questions in English!

Quiet, Clean, AMAZING BREAKFAST!

Very nice updated hotel. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit challenging, but was able to find something fairly close. Easy walking distance to the sea. Also, unlike a lot of places, was quiet at night, no bars close by. Rooms are a bit small but clean and modern. The bathroom is clean, it has no separation for the shower but not really a problem. The only main issue I had was the bed and pillows extremely firm so a little difficult to sleep well. However, the breakfast made up for all that, it was amazing! Very delicious variety, homemade, one of the BEST Turkish breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel.

1 gece kaldık ve hayatımızın en kötü konaklama deneyimiydi. Girişte bizi karşılayan beyefendi gayet kibar ve yardımseverdi. Arabanın park edilmesinde de yardımcı oldu ancak otopark alanından biri arabanızı alıp gitse kimsenin ruhu duymaz. Güvenlik ya da ilgilenen herhangi biri yok. Giriş ve çıkışı çok problemli. Odaya girdikten sonra şok içinde kaldık. Odamız giriş katta 1 numaralı odaydı. Oda yaklaşık 13 metrekare, banyo ve tuvalet oda içinde ufak bir alana ayrılmış. Odada valiz açmaya bile bir alan yok. Giriş katta olduğumuz için oda mahremiyeti yok. Odanın önünden geçen herkes oda içini rahatlıkla görebilir. Güneşlikleri kapatınca kasvetli küçücük bir oda oldu ve tüm süremizi öyle geçirmek zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyonun hemen önündeki oda verildiği için otele girip çıkan herkesin sesi, gürültüsü bizim odanın içerisindeydi. Yatak rahat değil ve çok ses çıkarıyor. Sağdan sola dönerken bile yatağın gıcırtısından uyanıyorsunuz. Klozete küçük gelen bir kırık bir klozet kapağı takılmış. Konumu güzel, Ayvalık merkezinde birçok yere yürüme mesafasindesiniz ancak konumu dışında hiçbir şey için aldığı parayı hak etmeyen bir yer. Kesinlikle kalınmaması gereken bir konaklama, kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Arkadaşlarımla 2 oda tuttuk.İkisinde de tuvaletten koku basıyordu. Bu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Odalara terlik koyulmamıştı. Odalardan birinde klima arızalıydı orda ısınmıyordu. Odalarda kettle yok. Çay, kahve servisi olup olmadığını sorduk ücret farkıyla diye cevap aldık. Zaten ekstra olduğunu biliyoruz. Ama hem ücretli olduğu dile getirilip hem de sallama çay getirildiğini görünce şok olduk. Odalar fotoğraftakilere göre çok küçük. Tüm bu sorunları çözseler f/p bakımından sadece gece uyumak için bir otel arıyorsanız kalınabilir.

Rezervasyon sırasında belirtilen 'otopark' durumu otelde mevcut değil. Ayrıca odalar çok soğuk ve klima kesinlikle yetmiyor. Odada bir televizyon dahi yok. Otel yetkilileri ilgisiz ve telefona cevap vermekte epey gecikiyorlar, ki otelin yerini sormak için 4-5 kez aramamız gerekti. Yaz döneminde odada birkaç saat kalacaksanız bu oda yeterli olabilir fakat bizim beklentimize hiç uygun değildi. Şunu da eklemeliyim ki çekmecelerden birinde kullanılmış bir havlu öylece orada bırakılmıştı. Adı güzel olan bu otelin iyileştirmelere ihtiyacının varlığı gözardı edilemez.

Odanın içindeki tuvalet banyo kısmı duvarla ayrılmamış. Yani tavan kısmı açıktı. Ve çok kötü bir gider kokusu vardı. Otel özelliklerinde otopark var denilmiş. Otopark yok. Aşağıdaki caddeye park ettik. Otelin bulunduğu sokak daracık labirent gibiydi.
