"Très mauvaise expérience à l’Hôtel du Commerce à Cluny. J’ai découvert une punaise de lit vivante sur le lit, près de l’oreiller. J’ai immédiatement pris des photos et vidéos pour preuve. Lorsque je l’ai signalé à la direction, la réaction a été agressive et accusatrice. On m’a insinué que j’avais mis la punaise moi-même, on m’a parlé d’“arnaque bien rodée”, et menacé d’impliquer un avocat. "It was clean and fine for a quick overnight stay. The room was small and only soap was hanging by the shower and was used for both sink and shower. Bed was relatively comfortable. All in all, for the price it was fine. "
