"The space was great, so peaceful with beautiful views of the ocean and town. The staff was great and kind, breakfast was perfect, and the bed and room were so comfy. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The apartment was immaculate and cleaned during our stay. Everything was really new feeling. The kitchen was very well equipped.
We had a lovely terrace facing the pool. The pool area was so clean and well looked after. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the shuttle car down to the other hotel was brilliant as you could then walk along the path to the town ( even at night!)
Would love to stay again"
"The rooms are huge and comfortable, though they are a bit dated and need a refurb. The food was what let us down. It’s really not great and not much Option. Also not much to do near the hotel it’s secluded. Surf lessons were good but the waves aren’t great in this area."
"Staff was really nice, hotel was accessible and clean. Food wasn’t great besides the Moroccan restaurant which wasn’t included in the half board. The main issue seemed to be the communication amongst the staff, we were told a lot of different things by different people, super inconsistent. This wasn’t anyone’s fault, again, staff was lovely, spa was great, but there were lots of little things, missing towels in room often, the bar not serving cocktails when more than a few people are in there, etc. Not a 5 star hotel at all but it wasn’t bad, won’t be staying here again though. "
"Food was good and facilities and space were really nice.
Service is grease only if give most staff tips. On top of cost for the accommodation even if you pay full inclusive, it helps giving tips if you want a good service.
We had to change rooms as there were cockroaches everyday since we got in. Second room was better but if you call reception, they would normally ignore requests or forget.
Overall was ok but it’s not the usual 5 star hotel we have been before. It’s more a 4 star hotel. "
"We had an excellent time, loved the hotel and the staff were very helpful. The lady who runs the outside pool area is wonderful, as are the life guards, both work very hard to find loungers for you and ensure you have a good time. We stayed in a villa which was nice and peaceful. We would like to visit again"
Pickalbatros White Beach Taghazout - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus - Ultra All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"White beach exceeded our expectations.
Friendly greeting in amazing huge reception area
Beautiful grounds running down to promenade & amazing long, wide “surfers paradise” beach.
Room was large and spotless.
Great bathroom / shower. Good WiFi.
Dining / all inclusive was fantastic - food was top class both in options & quality.
Incredible meat dishes, lots of fish and seafood options. Moroccan style food available every day and desserts made as you watched
A la Carte meal at Azha was great - they really looked after us with petals on the table & a cake for my wife’s birthday.
It was so peaceful & quite around the pool area, perfect for R&R. There were activities for those who wanted them but they didn’t disturb the peace.
The gates open onto the seafront promenade - its one hour walk to Taghazout village but so worth it... or just stroll on the wide sandy beach. Fantastic !!
There are two large indoor bars. One holds entertainment every night. We enjoyed one dance night and the Moroccan show but you could go every night if you wished. Bars had OK range of local cocktails and drinks from 10am poolside to midnight in main bars. it felt like proper all inc. Poolside Food Court has tasty snacks all day inc delicious freshly made pizzas.
The only thing we didn’t like was the tour manager Abdul. He pounced on us at check in & later wanted cash only for tours we ended up booking for under half the price on line. Overall: Amazing friendly hotel - we loved it."
"Despite its premium pricing by Moroccan standards, this hotel fails to deliver a true five-star experience. Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed.
The beach service was particularly poor, with staff rarely engaging guests and even displaying unprofessional behaviour during a heated staff dispute. The adults’ pool area also felt neglected, with disengaged lifeguards and little effort to manage sunbeds or maintain cleanliness.
Dining lacked consistency, from unclear service standards to disorganised breakfast operations, where guests were left confused and staff appeared idle. The ongoing issue of birds entering indoor dining areas further detracts from the experience. While food quality is generally good, prices are high compared to better local alternatives.
Water pricing is excessive, especially given prior communication suggesting it would be complimentary. In a hot climate, the lack of accessible free water feels particularly unreasonable.
Overall, while the property is visually impressive, service shortcomings significantly undermine the experience. With stronger leadership and clearer standards, the hotel has potential, but currently falls short of expectations."
