We stayed in a Platinum One Bedroom Suite overlooking the pool and mangroves (room 29309) and had an outstanding stay. The room was spotless, close to everything, had a fantastic view, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan were perfect after a hot day. The minibar was constantly restocked with water, soft drinks and beer at no extra cost. The food was exceptional, with plenty of choice and fantastic à la carte restaurants that were easy to book through our Platinum butler on WhatsApp or the Platinum Lounge. Having access to three resorts was a real bonus, and the Platinum team made us feel genuinely looked after. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, and the valet service was excellent too. Yes, there was a noticeable seaweed smell when we arrived, but after the first day we barely noticed it and it certainly didn't spoil the holiday. It's rare I can't think of much to improve. Better soundproofing around the suite's front door would reduce noise from the corridor, and an online booking system for the à la carte restaurants would be a nice addition, although the current process worked well. Overall, Ventus Ha offers fantastic value for money. We've stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and this is one of the best. We'll definitely be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making us feel like royalty. Five stars!

We stayed at the casitas last summer and enjoyed our stay. We stayed at Royal this time and didn’t have as good of an experience. They didn’t tell us where our room was so we had to figure out the wifi and find a map while standing in the heat. Our toilet kept messing up and wouldn’t flush. They fixed it once but that only lasted a few flushes. The bracelet to open my room wouldn’t work. They fixed it but it only worked one time. Luckily my husbands bracelet worked. They didn’t restock the beers in our room. A little of the lunch restaurants were closed. One of the reasons we liked the resort before was the amount of restaurants but it was limited this time. Just all around not the best experience this time.
