"I have been staying on this hotel a couple of times, and this is the best hotel option to stay in Duisburg. This hotel is next to main train station (Duisburg hbf), and the main shopping street, in other words central location. I really have to highlight their staff member named L. Gonzales who has been working at this hotel for a few years, he was really service minded, with a great attitude and made the whole experience top notch. Keep up the good work!"

"The towels and sheets had a damp, musty smell. Even after taking a shower, the unpleasant odor would stick to my body when I used the towel — it was really unpleasant. Even when I asked for new towels, they still smelled musty, which was quite frustrating. Also, although I hung the sign requesting room cleaning, it was somehow flipped to the “Do Not Disturb” side, and the room ended up not being cleaned — that was disappointing. "We arrived late, after front desk folks had gone home, after midnight. Called the listed number and they sent a guy over to get us in which was really nice, but maybe they should change check-in/open hours. Room was nice and new and clean. Whole place kinda had cam-girl factory vibes tbh"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here, it was the perfect spot for some rest and recuperation following watching some of the Euros. Axel was very helpful and informative, ensuring our stay would be perfect and without any hiccups. With Aldi just a short walk around the corner we could pop out to get groceries easily to cook on the boat. The rooms were good sized given the size of the boat, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Would highly recommend if staying in the area."
