From the moment you arrive, the team goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Our room was very clean, nice decoration and offered stunning views of the city view. The amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch, adding to a perfectly relaxing stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers seeking quality and comfort.

The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.
