Looks nothing like the pictures. Definitely could use some updates and deep cleaning…. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Airport pickup was expensive and ended up waiting around and coordinating with the person even though I went to the designated spot they gave. Not a horrible stay but for what they advertise it doesn’t match up.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Cindy was great, she helped us book a tour, gave recommendations for restaurants, and made our stay in Hanoi very smooth. All around amazing staff that made everything seamless.

세탁도 하루 5벌, 청소도 나름 깔끔하게 해줌 조식은 한식으로 나오는데, 먹을만함 하지만 주변 차 소리가 너무 시끄러워 깜짝놀랄 경우가 있음 참고로 호텔 주변에서 그랩 안잡힘
