"Excellent and helpful staff who went the extra mile by offering a free room upgrade and lending us a much-needed wall adaptor. The room was bright, clean, and fully equipped. We loved the beautiful rooftop bar! The location is perfect—just minutes from the metro and trams, with a direct 10-minute metro ride straight from the airport. Highly recommend."

"The hotel’s location was very convenient for walking or catching transportation. There are many choices nearby for restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in process was relatively straightforward. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were way too big and sort of hard. We couldn’t compress them to a more comfortable position. The bathroom needs towel bars and nonslip tub mat or strips inside the tub. That was quite unsafe and felt a little scary when showering. Our area of the hotel was very quiet even though we were close to the elevator."
