Room and installations were ok staff was friendly , ever since our arrival they offered us couple tours we agreed to take the half day tour , on the day of our tour they never showed up to pick us up witch means we lost the whole day waiting on them they never gave us an explanation or heads up that the tour wasn’t going to happened . that was really rude and disappointing

Casa C/4 Hab.más 2 cuartos 3X4 en lo que era el patio (todo tabla de madera y tubería PVC expuesta) 1A/C minisplit las rentan como cabaña? Pero lo más incomodo un Bar nocturno hasta 5am con alto volumen frente justo cuartos!

Everything was so perfect. Since we arrive everyone was so gentle, the rooms are si comfy and it’s near the lagoon, of course I’ll be back to that amazing place.

Me pareció un poco elevado el precio, considerado que fue una cabaña la que me proporcionaron. Cuando ingresamos, había una gotera, en la cama estaba una cucaracha, había mucha humedad y el aire acondicionado nunca enfrió. Podría salvar el servicio, todos fueron muy amables y la ubicación yo diría que esta un poquito más alejado de lo q menciona la pagina.
