Dear Soul,We appreciate your comments, but if we would like to clarify that the hotel is published with the correct information, we mention that we are in Buenavista and that we are about 20km from the center of Bacalar. Our hotel has a restaurant open throughout the day, as well as in the lagoon club. All that area is the Laguna de Bacalar so it is the same lagoon if you go to the center of Bacalar, in fact we have the advantage that the waters are very calm on our side, ideal for kayaking or paddle boarding, we We lend them at no cost.We can't do much about mosquitoes, we constantly fumigate and apply repellent, but you have to understand that we are in the middle of nature, but a good repellent helps a lot (we at the hotel give you repellent if you don't have it). Being surrounded by nature our rooms are cool and we try to take care of the environment as much as possible, air conditioning is not necessary.We hope you give us the opportunity to serve you again

We appreciate your comment as it helps us improve our service, however; It is important to clarify that all the information posted on the pages of the agencies we work with and our own website have the correct information. There we clearly mention that we are 25 minutes from the center of Bacalar, we also mention that it is a place in the middle of the jungle and that we have our lagoon club 1.5 km from the hotel and that you can also find access to the lagoon 5 minutes walking from the hotel . Perhaps you could not appreciate it, but the hotel is located in the Bacalar lagoon, as we mentioned, all that area is part of the lagoon, but between the hotel and the lagoon we have the mangrove, which is a protected area and is not allowed felling it. We are very careful of this aspect and we are a hotel focused on the ecological, therefore we do not have air conditioning and our concept is of relaxation and coexistence with nature, therefore we offer yoga and meditation classes and we do not have TV in the rooms; so the TV and air conditioning amenities are not mentioned on the pages because we do not have them so we are not a scam as mentioned (all the information is clear and real), the hotel has all the services; we have hot and cold water, pool, restaurant, our rooms have ceiling and floor fans, and are located in such a way that they are cool, wifi, etc.; perhaps in the short time you were at the hotel you could not appreciate all that we can offer you. Remember that before your arrival we were in communication with you and your friend and you never mentioned that you had any questions, from our previous conversations we told you that these are Premium dates and the hotel with high occupancy; However, we made some moves to be able to assign you a room with two beds since when you booked it was no longer available, but you must understand that being high season our policies are clear and from the moment you made your reservation it was clear that your rate was NO REFUNDABLE. Sin embargo nos gustaría aclarar: en el restaurante hay un menú con bastantes opciones, le pedimos una disculpa, si no fueron las suficientes para usted. Así como, el hotel es ecológico, por tanto las toallas y sábanas se cambian cada 2 días, sin embargo, si el huésped lo pide, o en su defecto las mancha y solicitia un cambio, con gusto lo realizamos! Buenas tardes Marisol, estos comentarios son directamente con el hotel, no manejamos reembolsos por cambios de vuelo, dependen de las aerolíneas, ya que somos compañias por completo separadas, lamentamos que este contratiempo no te permitiera disfrutar tu viaje.

Adrián te agradecemos tus comentarios, fue un placer tenerte con nosotros en Buenavista, sin embargo ya que es un lugar en medio de la selva, nos gustaría aclarar que la limpieza del cuarto no se hizo un par de días en si habitación, por sus mismas indicaciones y el hotel se encuentra completamente expuesto al viento, por tanto puede haber polvo que limpiar diario. Probablemente para tu próxima estancia podrías permitir que lñas camaristas se encarguen de ello, sin dudarlo, día con día!Es un servicio seguro y confiable!Esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirte de nuevo con nosotros!
