"Checked out after 5 minutes. Losers milling around parking lot drinking beer and smoking weed. Place should be condemned or at least removed from this booking site. "

"Front desk associate checking us in was totally in another world. He could care less about providing any type of service or information. Dude looked more interested in taking a nap than doing his job. Typical help associated with that area of Dallas. Hotel room was excellent. There was some sort of event taking place downstairs. Lobby and bar area was packed with loud and obnoxious “people”. Checked out at 0300 to catch a flight and they were still causing a ruckus in lobby. "

"Lobby area was extremely clean, and breakfast was excellent especially hot and crispy waffle"

"The guy who checked us in was super nice. The lady who works days is helpful. The guy that works nights is not very good. The hotel was under construction so a lot of supplies were laying around. The room was clean. They do something stupid with the keys. We kept having to get the key reprogrammed every time we left the room.one of the employees told us the keys were canceling out because someone was getting keys to the rooms I hope they weren’t going through our stuff while we were out."

"The convenience of the airport shuttle from Dallas Love Field Airport was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. Our only issue was our room needed to be changed because of AC issues but the staff was wonderful in troubleshooting, and getting us another room promptly. Shout out to Wyatt the maintenance man! The kindest and purest soul! "
