"This is a hotel with no front desk. It’s digital check in and out. There is no housekeeping during your stay. Need fresh towels? Have to find a staffer. We had a TV but no remote. We asked for one and was told it would be sent to our room. Never came. We stayed 2 days so we didn’t push any further. ..."
