"Check in was a breeze!!! I was allowed to check-in a little early since they had a room available with no additional hassle or charge. Just common courtesy of wanting to feel welcomed and comfortable if they were in the same situation. Amazing! All the ladies at the welcome desk were friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and professional. When asked for additional towels from housekeeping; they gladly provided while asking if I needed anything else. Property is well maintained, smells refreshing every time you enter from the outside. They is no hassle, only assistance when using the outdoor pool and Barbour amenities. It was wonderful. Complementary breakfast had an immense variety of hot and cold breakfast options, as well as, sit-in and to-go options. All options were fresh. Lastly, room was very clean, no rust in the bathroom, and complementary toiletries smelled bold yet super fresh."

"Stay was good, I enjoyed by balcony ocean view room, walking distance to lots of things and beach of course right across the street. My only complaint is my 3 day stay I had no WiFi and also the safe was not working. I stayed on phone with tech for 45 minutes and the couldn’t resolve the issue. I asked if they would give discount or compensate me for a service offered but not provided, no response and my bill stayed the same. If offering a service that is not working I feel the management should have done more. I’m glad I was not on a business trip. "
