"Nice to stay close to airport. Parking was sketchy being told to park in spots with No Hotel Parking on the signs. It worked out in the end, and the stay was nice. Room could use a bit of maintenance attention, however. I would stay here again."

What really stood out to me was the hospitality. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond by giving me a detailed map of the city, pointing out how to get to key attractions as well as local spots worth visiting. I truly appreciated that personal touch, it made exploring Florence so much easier and more enjoyable. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was impressed with how well-kept and clean everything was, and it really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
