"This historic property was lovely. The staff, in particular Anastasia, were amazing. Very easy walks to Uffizi, Bargello, Duomo, Oltrarno and many other beautiful sights. We would stay here again!"

"Checked in early with no issues. Location is perfect as everything is walkable. Good resturants and bars in the area. Would be a great place for a longer stay in the area as it provides a full kitchen and has laundry (washer only)."

"Great place..its loud outside because of busuness outside and construction in area. Overall still great and would book again. Very spacious apartment and god location to walk to sites."

"This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. "

"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"Wonderful location to see the amazing sites of Florence. Traffic noise in the morning is sometimes intense. Understandable considering you are in the heart of an urban area. Just mentioning it for people that may not want that type of situation. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The marketplace a few blocks away has an incredible variety of fresh food. Don’t miss it. "

"Unfortunately breakfast would have been my only complaint. We got down there by 7:15 and there were no seats. Not enough service to fill coffee out etc so the two employees were running around trying to do it all . We had to carry breakfast back to to the room so we could eat. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and convenient to station which we wanted. Not to mention most the attractions were within a mile of walking distance. Front desk very helpful. Room was beautiful. "
