The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "Overall the room was good, the show needs deep clean but usable. The kettle lead needs being made longer to reach the socket. Blinds and inside the windows could do with cleaning . Overall not bad at all . Staff very friendly, we asked for more tea and milk the lady on reception but them in our room for us great service. "
