"Reception is in the restaurant. I had to wait for check in 20 Minutes as the waitress was serving food and took orders first. The room was old and bathroom from the 70s. Soap and shower gel empty. "Ich habe statt Basis-Zweibettzimmer ein anderes Zimmer bekommen - Schlafwagon-Vierbettenzimmer, nicht wie ich es gebucht habe. Im Bad/Toilette war die Tür kaputt und ging gar nicht zu. Es gab keinen Haartrockner und auch keine Seife. Statt Parkettboden, war im Zimmer Holzdielenboden. Das Fenster war schmutzig und die Spinnenweben hingen an den Wänden runter. Die Eingangstür knallte ganz laut bein rein- und rausgehen.Vor Ort war kein Personal da, es gab lediglich eine Notfallsnummer."

"Location was great, short walk 10-15 min from the willhelmshoe train station, tram also runs close. Nice park directly behind the hotel. Restaurant had a good buffet breakfast and supper. Regular menu after 8pm schnitzel was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking directly across the street. 3 elevators. Suite Room was spacious, nice view to the east. Hotel was quiet. I would stay here again without any hesitation."
