"We couldn’t get the fan in the room to work, and as Hamburg was experiencing warmer weather, for ventilation we had to open the window. Since our room faced the street, which experienced a bit of traffic, sleeping with the window even partially open made for a noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything was super."

I had to look for the receipt in the app and pass this on. No harm - this is what happens - but I was surprised that this even happened. First time in more than 10 years I have experienced this. Suggest Hotels.com check up with the hotel on this so that it does not happen to the next guest paying via Hotels.com. "

"Very convenient, and quiet, breakfast buffet a good selection but not outstanding. Given people would be in a rush to make flights probably catered to the customer base and not for people that linger and turn it into a brunch... was given a drinks for 2 voucher for the bar, very nice."
