Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around for variation, which is of course the spice of life.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal im Restaurant äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Angebot an Essen war hervorragend, geschmacklich sehr gut und für die Kinder gab es jeden Abend ein Kinderbuffet. Die Gegend läd zu vielen verschiedenen Unternehmungen ein, auch die Touri und das Hotel bieten Veranstaltungen und Wanderungen an. Der unbegrenzte und kostenlose Zugang zum Thermalbad hat diesen Urlaub einfach perfekt gemacht.

Das Service war völlig überfordert - jeder einzelne Servicemitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, aber da es viel zu wenig servicemitarbeiter gab (8 für 360 Gäste) gab es maximal eine Runde Getränke zum Abendessen - und gebauchtes Geschirr türmte sich auf den Tischen - weit weg von einem 4*S Hotel - hier würde ich sagen 3-4 Sterne

Early November trip for two!

Wonderful hotel in a picturesque setting. Staff were very helpful at all times and the breakfast was also extremely nice. Access to the relaxing spa was very welcome. Could not fault the hotel in any way.

Прекрасный отдых! Были с женой с 11 по 19 января 2019. Понравилось всё! Отличный отель, уютный номер, замечательный персонал. Очень удобно, что можно посещать AlpenTherme напрямую из отеля. Первые три дня шёл снег, а потом светило солнышко, каталка была великолепная!

Zentral gelegen und völlig ruhig. Nachtfahrverbot!

Bemerkenswerte Anlage bestehend aus drei zusammenhängenden Gebäuden in absoluter Ruhelage. Durch die unterirdische Verbindung (Bademantelgang) zur Therme Gastein steht der Entspannung nix im Wege. Die Hotelanlage besticht durch ihre gediegene hochwertige Ausstattung welche sich in allen Bereichen findet. Hervorragend die Küche. Das Frühstück überwältigt und das Abendessen schließt sich nahtlos daran. Sehr Sauber

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und auskunftsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Gigantisch ist die Möglichkeit, unterirdisch im Bademantel in die Aplentherme zu gelangen. Also wirklich: 5 Sterne durchgehend.

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja siisti; henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä.Kannattaa varata huone alppinäkymällä, parvekkeelta on todella upeat mäkymät. Hotellin keittiö oli loistava.Aamiainen erittäin monipuolinen.Puolihoito kannattaa maksaa; kolmen ruokalajin päivällinen tarjoillaan pöytiin.Aamiaisella valitaan pääruoka kolmesta vaihtoehdosta. Hotellin oma kylpyosasto on tyylikäs; kaunista käytävää pitkin pääsee kylän isoon kylpylään, jossa monia ulko- ja sisäaltaita sekä saunoja.Tämäkin sisältyy huoneen hintaan.
