Great, as always!

Back to this hotel after 16 years, and it’s as great as it was. We used to be regular visitors before the 15-years break. Staff is super friendly, spa area has been remodeled recently and always impeccable. Food is great! We’ll be back more regularly, like we used to.

Charming Christmas

It is a fantastic hotel with extremely pleasent stuff. There were some minor things to complain - like there is no kettle in the apartment to make tee or coffee. It is winter time, everyone likes tee or coffee after skiing. Also, hot tub is bad. This is also something that you would enjoy after skiing. But, everything else was great, it was Christmas amd and very charming

What a sensational hotel. The best hotel we've ever stayed at a family. The attention to detail in everything is evident. It's less than 5 mins to the ski lift which was free with the Karnten card. Bad Kleinkircheim was a great base for exploring the area and there are a couple of supermarkets walking distance from the hotel. Relaxing by the pool was dreamy, and it's so great to have the family spa. We will definitely be back!

Detta hotell kan vi varmt rekommendera. Vi hade helpension och fri tillgång till spa-området en hel helg. Maten var god och vällagad. Och personalen väldigt trevliga och välkomnande. Vår hund trivdes också på hotellet och med promenader i området.

Herrlicher Familienurlaub

Wunderbares Hotel, sehr freundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre, traumhaftes Essen, gepflegter Spabereich und eine noch nie gesehene höchstklassig ausgestattete Kinderwelt mit absolut flexibler Betreuung und vielen Veranstaltungen. Perfekte Lage zur Kaiserburgbahn. Wir sind begeistert, hatten als Familie einen erholsamen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Empfehlenswert

Sehr tolles, traditionelles Hotel mit gutem Wellnessbereich und Familienfreundlich. Super für Single Eltern mit Kindern ab 3J. da die Betreuung im Hotel angeboten wird und sehr gut funktioniert. Uns hat das so gut gefallen dass wir wieder gebucht haben:) diesmal für Skisaison:)

Sehr ruhige Zimmer durch die Ausrichtung weg von der Strasse. Sehr gutes Essen. Trotz Corona-Neustart erst vor kurzem sehr aufmerksames Service-Team. Wellness-Anlage sehr großzügig und sauber. Außenpool perfekt
