"The location is excellent. Walking distance to historical sites, shopping area and restaurants. The hotel is clean and well maintained . I even told my husband that we will stay here again when we bring our daughter for our next vacation. I did not give the perfect score because I just have an issue with the breakfast that I paid .I initially did not include the buffet breakfast with my booking because on our last day we are leaving early and cant eat in the buffet. When I checked in the staff said that if I include the buffet he can give me discount and they can packed the breakfast for us to go. So I agreed to include the breakfast. So the next day before we checked out I went to the reception and told them were are leaving early and request for packed meal. The staff I talked to is the same guy who helped me checked in. He said yes and wrote our room number and even asked for how many persons. Im not sure if there's miscommunication but when we checked out there's no packed meal prepared. The staff that day said he will see if they will refund me and will charged me only on the first day that we eat and even asked me to leave my email address. The buffet breakfast is actually good with variety of food to choose from. Im not sure if I will get refund but Im really disappointed because Im expecting that we have at least something to eat on our next journey. I dont know what went wrong."
