"This was our third stay at the hotel on our motorbike trip. Always a great place to stay, the food is excellent and the surrounding area is stunning. There's a great pool to use too. Best to stay for a couple of days at least as there's lots to enjoy."

"The hotel has not seen a renovation since the 1980's, but it is kept very clean. We nearly missed the entrance as the lights were off. Being the only guests in a mid-sized hotel, with its maze-like floor plan, was slightly creepy. Breakfast was decent."

"Beautiful hotel with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Lovely area to walk around - through vineyards. Breakfast was outstanding and the dining area has gorgeous views. We didn’t eat at the hotel for dinner but staff helped us make a reservation in the little town. They also assisted us the next day with a couple of phone calls as we don’t speak German. Didn’t get a chance to try the saunas but I went and looked at their wellness area and I wish I’d had the time. Overall it was a great one night stay and good value. "

"I visit the property in 2019 and it was better maintained and breakfast was better. The hotel changed owners and it is not the same quality anymore. They forgot to clean our room, we had at 8.00 am breakfast and where not in the room the whole day, we got clean towels and the reception. Next time I look for another hotel, it is expensive and for that price I find something else. "
