"Location is a 10, just opposite to the train station and direct bus to the airport. Staff in the reception is very helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us to check out, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions and also recommended us where to visit before we went to the airport. "Excellent location right by Basel's Old Town, and there's a bus stop nearby with a bus that goes to the main train station. The rooms and beds are very modern and comfortable, the hotel is on a quiet street, and the breakfadt buffet is excellent. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"Great location and an easy tram ride from the station. We stayed before a Viking River Cruise. Viking has a desk on the lobby. The rooms were great. They were quiet, nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff could have not been more helpful."
