Der Service war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl und gut organisiert. Das Familienzimmer (großer Wohn-Schlafraum, Flur, kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stock-Bett, geräumiges Bad) war sehr tadellos sauber und gemütlich. "A beautiful, comfortable, modern hotel in a quiet location. A spacious pleasant room, nice bathroom, pretty view of a small lake and lush greenery from the balcony. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. decent breakfast."

"One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport. "

"Well designed rooms, clean and comfortable, good breakfast. We parked in the surface car park adjacent to the hotel for just over 5 euros per 24 hrs (and free on Sunday). Used trams to get to and from the centre of Dresden - this was a bit more expensive than we expected at 3.60 for a single journey or 9.50 for a one day pass."

"Had a very pleasant stay at this apartment recently. Comfy room with plenty of space for a family of three. It's about 15 minutes from the city centre but wasn't an issue as we had a car. Great location too, highly recommend."
