The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!

Relaxing

Wonderful and relaxing experience in an elegant setting. The rooms are on the smaller side, but you do not spend much time in them anyway. The pools are wonderful and set against a natural backdrop that takes your breath away. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Not much else to do in the area, but again you do not want to leave the spa area!

We booked a last minute stay here for 1 night. The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We dined in the restaurant which we booked upon arrival. The menu was created daily and was interesting. Breakfast was good. The use of the spa was permitted until 6pm the following day which was great. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend if you want to find some time to relax and deflate.

Great spa place in beautiful area.

Great place for spa experience and good food. Beautiful area and hotel. Service is in general good, in particular for the young staff. Some of the older staff (told elderly man in reception and middel aged woman in charge of the eggs) were really not pleasant and helpful. But apart from these slips in the service from 2 persons, everything was great. Good staff in the restaurant except for the egg lady.

The only negative experience was our check in as the young lady that helped us was the most rude experience we had in our 10 days in Europe. Everyone else at the resort was delightful. Just unfortunate to have this be the first person we interacted with after traveling all day and finishing our trip at this resort to relax and rejuvenate. Otherwise, an amazing experience

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte reichlich Auswahl auch an veganen, vegetarischen und Glutenfreien Dingen. Die Glutenfreien Brote waren extra verpackt womit man Kontaminationen vermeidet. Die Therme hatte eine vielzahl an Becken zum entspannen und schwimmen. Das Abendessen bietet jeden Abend eine neue Auswahl an Speisen die ineinander stimmig sind und das Personal ist morgens, sowie abends, hilfsbereit und freundlich

Personal war unerfahren und unbeholfen. Teilweise „kein Bock“ Einstellung. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war schrecklich für den Preis. Trockene Nudeln und Service schläft. Man hat das Gefühl dort arbeiten überwiegend Praktikanten und das Personal Diskutiert bei Bestellung und stellt falsche Bestellungen auf den Tisch. Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings bei Fragen zu den Inhaltsstoffen bekam man nur die Antwort „keine Ahnung“. Hotel war sauber, bis auf die außen Anlage. Der Pool hat viele Algen Ablagerungen und die Scheiben sind voller Spinnenweben und Wespennester.
