Das Hotel besticht durch seine zentrale Lage, direkt am Kurpark. In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegend ist man trotzdem nach kurzem Fußweg mitten im Geschehen. Das Personal ist überragend freundlich vom Room-Service, über Rezeption, bis hin zum Restaurant. Hier wurde nach Hinweis auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen (Geflügelaufschnitt). Allerdings sollte in einem 4 Sterne Hotel so etwas zum Buffet dazugehören. Ansonsten ist das Frühstücksbuffet aber mehr als ausreichend. Da meine Frau Geburtstag hatte, hatte ich einen Blumenstrauß bestellt, der auch bei Anreise auf dem Zimmer stand. Zusätzlich gab es einen „kleinen“ Kuchen und eine Glückwunschkarte vom Hotel. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung vor allem im Bad, ist allerdings ein wenig „in die Jahre“, gekommen und eines 4 Sterne Hotels eigentlich nicht würdig. Wer nicht direkt über das Hotel bucht ( z. B. Expedia, etc.) bezahlt 2 Euro pro Tag für den Hotelparkplatz extra. Schade, warum macht man da einen Unterschied!? Etwas irritierend war, das man uns beim Checkout, die Aufenthaltskosten, obwohl bereits im Voraus bezahlt, nochmals in Rechnung stellen wollte. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in HansenS Haus am Meer und in Bad Zwischenahn. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Rund um sorglos

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in dem Hotel. Der Service ist wirklich herausragend. Der Empfang an der Rezeption kompetent und freundlich. Aber hervorheben muss man den Service im Frühstücks- und Restaurantbereich. Das Team Ibrahim hat uns exzellent und unglaublich aufmerksam betreut.

Zentral gelegen mit Einschränkungen

Haus am Meer ist ein sehr zentral gelegenes Haus in Bad Zwischenahn., Leider werden InternetBucher ohne nähere Angaben zum Zimmerwunsch automatisch am Parkplatz platziert. 6.00 morgens ist hier Schluss mit ansonsten ruhiger Lage. Pool ist nicht im Haus. Sauna war nicht möglich, durch Dauergäste blockiert, als Einzelübernachter keine Chance, aber voller Preis. Frühstück sehr gut, Service allgemein sehr aufmerksam.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel zum Erholen und zum Arbeiten, wenn man beruflich in Bad Zwischenahn ist. Leider sollten Hunde im Restaurant verboten werden.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut. Das Fischbüffet am Freitagabend ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Speisen sind zwar etwas teurer als sonst doch die Qualität rechtfertigt den Preis. Wir haben leider aus Unkenntnis ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz gebucht, dass würden wir wegen der doch Lärmbelästigung so nicht mehr machen. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Kurzurlaub in Bad Zwischenahn wieder buchen.

Nice hotel in Scenic Location
