The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.

A blend of the old and the new! Good location in Sultanhamet- close to the major sights but away from hustle of the centre. Near tram stop too and boat pier.
Thanks to Merck too on front desk.
