The property was very clean and well maintained. We had two rooms and both were excellent. I have stayed at two other hotels in Baddeck and this was just as well maintained (or better) than the others.

Absolutely, hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at on our trip to the Maritimes. From the ambiance of the hotel to the amazing food at the restaurant, incredibly clean rooms, laundry facility access for guests. We will be back!

Great location, well maintained and plenty of parking However, staff were just plain weird, as though we were disturbing their day by checking in Decor very heavy and place in need of some modernisation of the look. Saying that, everything worked just fine

We only stayed 1 night to start our Cabot Trail drive. The room was clean and very nice but the beds were too hard. If you have back issues, keep that in mind. The location is wonderful, unfortunately we didn't get to stay long enough to enjoy Baddeck on its own.

Hallways were extremely hot. The beds were the hardest beds I've ever slept on. A bit like sleeping on the floor. Parking was sometimes difficult. Location was great.

We stayed in Baddeck many years ago and wondered over to the Lynwood inn for dinner. We said if we returned, we would like to stay there. It was a wonderful place to stay two evenings. Spacious with a little balcony and great water pressure and a water jet tub. Too bad the restaurant was not open, but there are some nice places to eat in walking distance. When we returned to Baddeck, we will definitely stay at the Lynwood Inn once again.

The Inn is a lovely property in a central location. Initially, we were given a room on the ground floor which had a strong smell, the owners upgraded us to a room one floor up. The owners are lovely, live offsite and respond quickly when called. The shower is lovely, great water pressure; ample towels. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The rooms are cozy, 80’s decor. Pride of ownership is evident.

We loved staying at this location, the rooms were very nice with an amazing vibe of the past. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and would highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
