Hôtel was great for a short stay. Only issue is the parking is expensive and no air conditioning. It was over 20 degrees at midnight when we arrived and could only open windows for air and to cool down. Bathroom automatically heats mirrors etc. very hot.

Great hotel

The hotel is very well run. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Hotel staff were particularly helpful. The only area for improvement would be to make the electronic devices in the room more user friendly especially the lights and the TV.

Good location.

Nice hotel with good location. Nice large and quiet room. Good breakfast. Only thing we were missing was a dressing mirror by the wardrobes and refill of coffe in the room. Small tings really, overall a pleasant stay, thank you.

The room was very hot and stuffy when we arrived. There were dirty towels in the bathroom from a previous guest. The views were amazing and the staff was super friendly. Nice breakfast with beautiful views. Great location and free parking. Wifi worked well. Overall I would probably stay again.

Staff very nice. Rooms big, comfy bed. Food was great and love the breakfast. One negative is the rooms too hot. Yes it was 30C but there isn’t any aircon and the fan is useless really.

I stayed there in April 2024 and the property seemed considerably better. Room was not cleaned before we arrived and had to request for it to be done. Phone had no cord, internet was not working at times, lamps had no bulbs. This place needs to pay more attention to details.

Nice hotel in a good location. Good breakfast too. Our stay was spoiled by the fact that the sofa bed for our daughter was not made up, and no bedding left in the room. On returning to the hotel at 11.30pm ready for bed, we noticed this when unpacking the sofa bed. Advised night staff, who were clueless. Took them a full HOUR to find some bedding!! Would stay again, but would make a point of checking the room for everything needed before night staff start shift. Day staff were efficient and helpful.

不満な点は、洗面台の栓が、なく、さらに ベッドサイドのランプに電球がなく、つかなかった。 暑い時期だったせいか、部屋の暑さがぬけなかった。せめても、扇風機があったので、凌げました。

Uns hat es im Ramada sehr gut gefallen. Beim Check-In haben wir nach zwei Schlüsselkarten gefragt da wir abends getrennt im Ausgang waren. Weil momentan gerade alle im Einsatz wären, konnte uns diesem Wunsch leider nicht nachgekommen werden. Das Glück wollte es dann aber, dass noch eine Karte im Zimmer lag, die wir dann für uns programmieren lassen konnten. Leider gibt es beim Bett/Nachttischen keine Steckdosen. Aber ansonsten war alles bestens und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, ein anderes Mal wieder hierher zu kommen.
