I booked a multiple bed room (2adults + 2children) On check-in the form I signed showed 2a+2c, he could physically see us- yet we where given a small ONE double bed room. Back down to reception, another room - bigger but still ONE double bed. Down to reception - told the best they could do was 2 seperate rooms, different floors! 6days prior I had emailed - no reply, phoned - no one answers, emailed - no reply then contacted IHG Garner global whats app - said would get back but never did. I wanted to inform them that it was now 1a + 2c and check in would be after 10pm. So one of my kids had to sleep in the rooms. They didn't care, neither did the IHG whats appt contact. Also one room faced the sun, its was 26-29C during the day - the aircon didn't work when I asked down at reception, I was told it wasn't on as out of season, ended up sleeping with duvet cover"

"Location very close to transit and an excellent suoermarket make this s good choice economically, however sleep quality was poor due to the most pathetic pillows possible and an inability to adjust the thermostat. Very disappointing after choosing this place after reading all the other positive reviews."

"Really enjoyed the stay including the late breakfast up to 11am on the weekend. Staff was very friendly even at 3am in the morning and ever ready to help. Loved the room, had a really good sleep. Was very happy with the communal area and endless hot drinks available anytime (self serve)."

"It felt like something out of a horror movie, the elevator would stop as if it might break at any moment. The water in the shower kept switching between hot and cold, giving you sudden cold shocks. The bathroom handle came off in my hand, completely loose. On top of that, the smell from the drain was so strong that I had to run the ventilator all night just to be able to shower in the morning."
