"We loved our stay at Hotel Galena, it's so close to all the downtown attractions and shops but far enough away to not deal with the traffic. The hotel itself was fantastic, our room had the upstairs loft with fireplace and claw tub. Plenty of room for everyone, very clean. Staff was friendly, helpful and very approachable. We will be back, if you'll have us! Loved it!!"

"the breakfasts were amazing. Carol and Kate were great hosts. My wife and I only had one complaint, that was the bed was way too soft. This is obviously personal preference. We would definitely stay here again. Galenda is an historical town with a lot of charm. We loved our trip. The Steamboat House was a great place to stay. Thanks Carol and Kate."

"Far beyond what we anticipated. Warmly greeted and show to our room. Top line toiletries and added touches. Yes our room was small but well appointed and we did not plan to spend much time in the room. Wine and cheese at 5:30. 3-course breakfast at 8:30 am. Amazing! Will be back!"
