Staff all very friendly and helpful. Bar facilities very basic with coffee being served in paper cups! Breakfast good and plentiful (although scrambled egg was far from fresh on both mornings). Pool area was very basic with pool looking past it’s best and sauna not even turned on. The big drawback was the location which was far from convenient. They offered an efficient half hourly shuttle service to the airport. This could only be reserved if it was being used to catch a flight. It was never a problem for our January stay but I could envisage it might be so in the high season.

Pool and room bathrooms a bit old. Area behind check in desk needs a clean. Very dusty. Doesn’t make sense that pool is advertised as a feature of the hotel, but then it’s closed most of the time for private lessons. Even with room windows open in winter, and with heater off, the room was too hot so hard to sleep.

The hotel provides free shuttle to/from the airport. It’s not easy to find a place to eat in their area. Due to the time we stayed in the hotel, they have a bunch of guests that’s probably why the staffs weren’t too friendly and helpful anymore.

First room had the smell of cold cigarette smoke lingering through the room. Toilet & bathtub were both dirty, didn’t seem to be cleaned from previous user. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, so the previous occupant could smoke inside. After bringing this up with the staff I was switched to a new room without much issue. Second room was a bit cleaner, but not by a lot. This room stunk of marijuana smoke instead of cigarette smoke.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a family suite and the room configuration was very suitable for a family of 4.

We like that it has 3 beds in a room and there was a free shuttle bus from and back to airport. We didn't like that we had to wait because the room wasn't ready or clean yet even if we had late check-in (past midnight). The cleaning staff was exiting the room when we entered. The room was very tiny for 3 beds and there was no refrigerator and not even a complimentary (3 Euro) bottle of water even though they made us wait. It was a very pricey room considering the size. Breakfast was hugely underwhelming consider how much they charge. The breakfast staff was very helpful though.
