Badia Gran Holiday Rentals

"Day one we arrive early hours of morning to the hotel pictured online. We was then told we are in the other one across road not on the sea front hotel. So we drag kids across road, we all basically pass out. Next day after feeling pushed out of the way by hotel, we go explore, area is lovely as always. We return later in the evening to find room very hot and bathroom light doesnt work (not even a bulb in it) told reception who said they would take a look at some point tomorrow. Slept bad as was so hot, thought the door was open and AC wasnt on so left on again as much in the day. When we returned it was boiling hot in room and cool outside. Called reception, Turns out the AC doesnt cool, so her suggestion was open door to balcony and bedroom window, (thats not ac to me thats heating) so how can you advertise AC lol and with a 3 year old and 5 year old we cant just leave windows and doors open on the 2nd floor ? Really ? No staff in this part of hotel just a cleaner every now and again so went across everytime to speak with them as the internal phone number to call reception had number scratched off. So, it also felt like we was the first ones in room this season as was extreamley dusty on all surfaces, it was not the hotel pictured, no light in bathrooom, no Air conditioning and not staffed hence was very noisey two nights as well (but didnt mention this to them)."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the room, to the staff and the aesthetics of the hotel! It felt so luxurious! The views were amazing too and the hotel location is only a few minute walk from the beach, would deffo reccommend staying here! "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely stunning and the staff was so courteous and went above and beyond for us. Jous was one of the friendliest staff members who truly showed us incredible hospitality and we would recommend this hotel to anyone! Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, and the views were unbeatable. "

"We throughly enjoyed our five nights at this hotel. A lovely clean hotel with great staff. When you walk in reception not only are you greeted with a smile and a welcome, but you also get a great smell, I don’t know how they do it, but it smells devine permanently. Our room was kept clean and the balcony has comfortable chairs. A bit weird, is the provision of a kettle and a fridge but no cups and provisions. The bar happily provides cups and spoons etc and so we went to the local supermarket for teabags and milk. The bar staff deserve a special shout out, they weren’t kept extremely busy given the time of year and the fact that most guests are out cycling and sailing but were friendly and polite and we had service with a smile every time."
