"Struttura molto bella, situata proprio in centro. La possibilità di usufruire di un parcheggio (a pagamento) è davvero una comodità. Camera molto bella, pulita e spaziosa. Il nostro bagno era dotato di vasca idromassaggio, una vera coccola.
Il Sig. Giovanni è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta gli abbiamo posto. Torneremo sicuramente. "

"My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. "

"Niente...
mi dispiace doverlo dire, ma è stata un’esperienza davvero spiacevole: il materasso era talmente vecchio e deformato da rendere impossibile dormire.
Nel 2025, non mi aspettavo certo di trovare una sistemazione con un letto in quelle condizioni, pieno di affossamenti e scomodo al punto da rovinare il soggiorno.
Sinceramente, è inaccettabile offrire un simile livello di qualità ai propri ospiti.
Peccato, perché sarebbe bastato poco per rendere l’esperienza migliore. "

"Very nice apart-hotel with 24/24h check in. Clean and comfortable, newly refurbished, a/c, great breakfast at the Carlton Hotel. Street parking available right in front of the door on the „piazza”.
