"Disappointed on arrival to find out the on site restaurant had closed 2 wks previously and our units hot tub was not working properly…the 2 main reasons we booked this more isolated property. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. Transparent communication on their behalf regarding the restaurant closure would have allowed us...

"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". "This was a wonderful stay. The property is location in Zrovno which is a small town on the island. It’s approximately a 5-7minute taxi from the old town or a 45 minute walk (uphill). The accommodation was beautiful and tidy. The hosts were so very kind, thoughtful and friendly. They are also right next to a supermarket which is perfect. "
