"We had a great stay here. The staff is fantastic and so friendly. The only downside is that we were there during a heat wave and there was no AC in the room. The hotel did provide a fan and that helped, but it was still toasty. Overall, fantastic experience."

"The hotel was beyond excellent, the staff was courteous and very helpful , the rooms have comfortable rustic charm. We loved staying here. I would recommend staying here for your Zermatt experience. Breakfast was delicious, the spa was amazing."
