Vey friendly, I was able to change rooms very easily and quickly due to access issues of my partner. All luggage etc. transferred by the helpful staff. Definitely would visit again to explore London.

"The flat was fairly spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The living room has a sofa bed, as well. Kitchen and living spaces were clean and tidy.
