Property is good,.located along session road. The only thing we didnot like is the WIFI! It nevee work since day 1. Hope you fix it and sonr blame it in your guest phone why they cant connect.

Quite old facility but then if you just use it for sleeping after a day's tour around Baguio this is already a good choice. Staff are all friendly even the owners. Free use of utensils, mugs plates, etc and you can have unlimited refills of purified water and hot water. It has its own La Brea Cafe & Resto which offers affordable and delicious food. The owner is very approachable and friendly, chit chats with customers. Location is very good since this is along lower session road and near establishments and loading and unloading zones for taxi. Needs a bit of room repainting and refurbishing of its comfort/rest rooms and then this will be VERY GOOD.

Great location. Excellent customer service. Happy about our stay 😊. Only issue: Elevator starts from 2nd floor pa, then main lobby/reception is at the 4th floor...yun lang ang medyo hassle. But overall experience, happy!😍

Great location. The room is clean & staff were friendly. Fast WiFi connection. It would be better if they change their towels. It’s kinda overused, needs to be disposed.

Super accessible but not homey.
Place was at the heart of the city but it's like a lodge. Hot shower only works for 2 mins then stops and does not go hot again. Just the price of what you paid for.

Good enough for budget travellers
Location is great as it's right along Session Road. Elevator to the front desk is located on the second floor which you can only reached by stairs. The room we stayed in could do with an extra mirror in the room. Bathroom floor doesn't dry out even when not in use.

Too Noisy, Cold Water
Karaoke bar on second floor was really, really loud from 9 p.m. till early morning hours. I couldn't sleep. No hot water. Hard to take a cold water shower in Chilly Baguio. Location of hotel on Expedia map was incorrect. Otherwise the room was nice.

Budget friendly, clean room and great location.
Room price fits my budget and vacation plan. A clean place to rest after walking around and enjoying Baguio’s best local resto, park and tourist spots. Near the Night market and coffee shops.
