New Building. Host are great. Walking distance to Mines View Park and easily accessible by public transpo. It has a kitchen and can cook if you want. Con~ for cooking, need to buy everything like basic salt and pepper, oil etc. We didn't end up cooking however it's useful to have kitchen if needed.

The property is a condo-style or aparthotel (of Europe), a year or so old. The lobby is simple, but the concierge was kind and helpful. The unit itself is a 3-bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with a full kitchen access, dedicated dining area plus living room. There is 2 balconies, which lets in the breeze and light. It's good for friends or large families traveling. The downside is not having simple amenities like soap for hand washing and noise (multiple dogs barking all night).
