The room service executive on the very first day wasn't polite at all while taking orders as if we were asking money from him or he was a guard who was taking orders. Room conditions were pathetic. Even the one star hotels are better then this 3 star hotel. Upon that the hotel is too costly for a single night food. It costs me almost 1300 Rs. for a night one time food. "I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a lovely stay in Rishikesh. We only stayed overnight.A warm welcome, delightful view of Ganga, and staff looked after my senior citizen parents very will at breakfast time.Enough for gluten free breakfast.Once renovation work ( which we knew about in advance) is done it will be even better. Loved the private ghat.We didn't take up all their activities but they have a fair number on offer. Good amenities in room. Figuring out TV took some doing if not technology savvy.Simple instructions might help. Shower drainage fine as long as you don't spend too long in shower !
If you are from the UK, then this will seem ridiculously opulent compared to Travelodge/Premier Inn. I would stay here again."
