Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us.

Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano
My first time ever to stay at a Four Seasons and I was very disappointed that I didn’t know all pools and beach access was closed due to winter — which was not cold at all and we would have wanted to still enjoy the beach.
