Staff was great super friendly and the place is ok. The bed is not very comfortable and the pillows are a bit too hard for me.. some things were weird like the places to turn the lights on and off dint make any sense. The shower was pretty good. The locat

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful. Overall, The Alpha Suites is an excellent choice for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for comfort and quality in Makati. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
