"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Property was very clean. Our maid Pauola was awesome. She made sure we had all essentials needed at hand in our room. She mopped our floors everyday given every time we came back into our suite it had that good home smell and cleanliness. We also had the pleasure to meet Rafael. He made sure to get our luggage and ourself to the room at check in with the quickness and safely manner in the golf cart. He was available every time we needed him to get us from the room to giving us good pointers to where go and eat at a reasonable price. Rafael went beyond his measures and walked with us to the gate point with our luggage to send us off home. Great attitude at all times. Thank you to all the staff at playa grande resort for the great experience. We will see you soon in July once again."

"Recommend getting the swim up altitude room. Comes with butler service, pool side service, premium lounge, breakfast at the grill and the roof top bar/pool. Pools were pretty cold. The adult pool was warmer, our private swim up was very warm and the hot tub was boiling. Activities and night life was ok. Got to try archery for the first time and did yoga, volleyball, water aerobics almost everyday. There was one day with a foam party in the pool. Night life is pretty dead. DJ or karaoke were pretty much it. There is a sports bar with a pool table we like to use. Beach was clean and not packed. Food is the worst I’ve ever had a resort and I have stayed at tons of resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, Bahamas, Costa Rica and DR. The last night was bought the $200 steak and it was not worth it…. Not even worth $50 I got a couples massage and a facial. The massage was ok… facial was odd… she keep going in and out of the room and left the door wide open for anyone to walk by and see. Overall, I would give the resort a 3. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. We stayed from Thursday through Tuesday as a family, and our ocean-facing suite was a highlight—the view alone made the trip feel special. Waking up to the ocean every day was just beautiful. One of the standout parts of our experience was the pool staff. Edwin, in particular, was fantastic—always attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The food options were also a big win for us. The 24-hour café quickly became one of my favorite spots (especially for desserts!), and we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well. Room service was consistently fast and reliable, which made everything feel easy and relaxing. Overall, the resort offered a great balance of comfort, service, and convenience. We would definitely come back again. "

"This place is very beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The staff delivered outstanding service throughout our visit. Javier from Siempre restaurant was especially helpful, showing kindness and being very accommodating. I appreciated how he engaged with guests and shared useful tips about Cabo. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the food and drinks weren't impressive compared to other resorts I've experienced. Keep in mind the beach is not swimmable. "
