Check in was the most unpleasant Representative told us the only room available was room above Italian restaurant - we did not want to listen to the noises of a restaurant with what we had to pay for an upgraded oceanfront room we were on a special vacation hubby 70th birthday and we booked this several months in advance. So we were not very happy with this choice. Resort was not that busy then another room choice came up that we decided to take. This room had not been occupied for a while. It was dusty, bar in shower was broken and hanging, they had to bring up table & chairs, and hangers.
Food and restaurant choices was good, property and pools are beautifully maintained.
They forgot to add birthday banner to door so after I said something it was added the day after hubby birthday.
After our mishap Poli came to the rescue he made sure that we were well taken care. He is absolutely awesome he made sure everything was excellent. Thank you Poli. You deserve 5 stars. He also gave us a credit on hubby birthday
