"The accommodation is in the middle of an industrial estate and on arrival I was concerned but regular bus routes into the center of Marbella costs just 1.50 Euros and is about 10 minutes (You can walk it in 25 mins) Parking was difficult during working hours weekdays but easy at the weekend and in the evenings. "We spent a long weekend there with friends (2 couples from Thursday to Sunday) and from the very start to the end we have been trully impressed with how great this hotel was. The rooms very spacious, with great mini bar selection (if someone is interested) with balcony and decent size bathroom. We chose to spend time on the beach each day - relaxing atmosphere, dj playing lounge music every day. We visited the pool area as the stop after the beach and before room and this place also catered greatly! We had a HB and we were, on two occasions, bought lunches at the beach restaurant. Very reasonably priced. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners weee simply amazing. The food was just perfect, each time cooked and prepared to perfection. Staff weee just out of this world! Polite, always there when you need them and most importantly happy and smiley. Overall amazing stay, would absolutely recommend this place - walkable distance from the old town and busy part of the promenade but far enough to hide away from the chaos if you want to. Cannot praise this place enough! We were very pleased with it and it’s true to say the hotel has exceeded our expectations!"

"A good value ‘boutique’ hotel in a super location in a very cute street in the Old Town. Restaurants and bars are all around. It must be noted that check-in closes at 11pm so if you get delayed (as we did) you need to let them know to make an arrangement. Staff were lovely especially Pilar."

"This hotel was fine for what you pay for: a bed, bathroom, shower, & closet. I was happy with the money I saved compared to much higher-prices alternative options in the area. I thought it was a bit strange that: a) the front desk closed at 6 every day which required me to unlock the door each time I returned after that time and b) there was no soap or body wash provided."

"Pros: • Location, location, location! If you want to be in the heart of old town, this property is perfect! • It's also beautifully decorated with lots of character and charm. We had a room on the top floor with multiple windows and Juliet balconies that offered tons of light and great views of the square below. • Spacious rooms with lots of storage (lots of shelves, hangers, etc.) • They provide beach towels and branded totes which were super helpful for beach days. • We had 2 AC units - 1 for each room - which work well and are so nice at the end of a long, hot day. Cons: • There were a few misses for the bathroom. For starters, it's in the middle of the room with frosted glass that doesn't offer a lot of privacy, so not ideal for families. • We were also never provided with hand soap, so we used body wash from the shower to wash our hands. No tissues either, so used toilet paper. Our bath towels day 1 were large and great but when housekeeping changed them, we got much smaller towels - even though we had them hanging on the hooks, implying not to replace them according to their sign. • There is never staff on site. This property feels more like an Airbnb. We were also contacted a few days before check-in and pressured to pay in advance which was not what we were expecting (Expedia booking was to pay on site), so we felt a bit uneasy about it. We reached out to Expedia to confirm the contact and request were legit before paying."
