"Had a nice stay overall. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was comfy. The hotel was also very easy to find, had a very welcoming layout, and had lots of parking, I could park right in front of my room. The bad: The people/person directly above were very loud after midnight.
The front desk lady and the gentleman who manages the hotel are so kind, professional, and were so friendly to my pup, who was plenty of excited and happy to see everyone! I will keep this spot in mind for our next visit to Baker City."
"I especially liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. Also the breakfast was perfect for what you would expect. The room was nicely updated and cozy."
"Clean Rooms, a full Breakfast, very helpful and Friendly Staff. Location is right off of the old town main street a great location to take a walk and/or shop. Shops close early except for the pubs and Restaurants.
Shout out to TERRA working the desk and A fellow Yorkey lover.
I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself."
"The front desk staff was amazing. They were professional and friendly. Tammy was exceptional! She made sure we had everything we needed and showed us to all the amenities."
"I like the old fashioned charm, but there’s a few things the property can improve without losing the charm. The wall outlets did not hold a plug without falling out. This made it difficult to charge mobile phones. Need an outlet on the bedside table. The toilet was finicky. It ran constantly and easily clogged. The bathroom needs more countertop space for toiletries. I had to put my toiletries on the floor. The room smelled really nice. The stairwell needs some dusting on the steps. The breakfast was fantastic and the service at the front desk and the restaurant was excellent."
