"For the middle of nowhere this place is excellent! After reading reviews, I was a bit unsure but it worked out great! Room and bed was comfy, AC was weak but worked, great food, nice laundry facility. Yeah no tv and no free ice but yeah, this is the Nevada desert! "

"The property was a little hard to get to at first. After a day to get used to, it was not too bad. The facility is very clean and the staff are very kind and fun. Their office/ store is very useful. I can get grocery there with a reasonable price. The facility is enjoyable with wildlife in harmany with the people. I saw deers, turkey, rabbit, and a lot of hummingbirds. They are so cute. I had a very pleasant experience, and would recommend it to anyone. "
