"Our stay was excellent from start to finish. we arrived very early and left very late, and we were given a complementary room upgrade (with a phenomenal view of the F1 pit lane/Victory Parade square) and use of the facilties both before and after our stay! Some standouts: the friendly welcome and help with checkin/checkout requests from Ramiz and Rauf in the lobby, Yasin in the Lounge for whom nothing was too much trouble (and even helped me learn more Azerbaijani!), Itlik from the Sky Grill who made our anniversary dinner so special, and Gulyia from the Spa, whose massage I can still feel! Thank you so much to all those I haven’t mentioned as well! Wouldn't dream of spending a night in Baku anywhere else!"
