Fantastic pool! I especially like that the pool inside was quiet and not crowded. In contrast, the pool outside is lively, with loud music. So you can move between the calm pool, music pool, and the beach depending on your mood. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of Ramada's restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner offered a varied menu, and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

Very Very disappointed , only the beach side location is good, rest everything is poor. Very old building with old beds , room and bathroom doors not working , not ample sitting in restaurant for breakfast. Every evening they have a pool side function due to which they close the pool .staff cannot speak or understand English, at pool side Bar , had to wait for hours to get order and then hours to get the bill. i think staff does not care for foreigners, specially Indians, shame on the management.

I like the excellent beach front view. Staffs were friendly. There is only one restaurant operational on site. The property is not well maintained by the management. The towels looked grey and not upto the mark. Breakfast buffet has limited options and food is always cold. Buffet should be hot. but the entire 3 nights of my stay, I encountered only cold buffet which is not a acceptable standard for a brand like Ramada. Rooms needed a desperate renovation as the bathroom looks old. Even though they have a gym, you can use it only from 9am which is very weird and completely useless as most tours start by this time. Housekeeping requests were met on time and the things we asked were delivered quickly. Hotel transportation charges are a bit hefty. You can download bolt app and use it to order taxi ride which is very convenient and far better and cheaper then the hotel transfer services. If you are a budget traveler or on a short trip, you may consider this property as the room rates are comparatively cheaper than the downtown properties.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Outside the city and need a car or taxi to get to the touristy areas. The hotel needs a facelift but not a bad experience.

Arrived late due to flight times, was given a “villa” out front (towards the highway) and pointed in the general direction of my room. Which wasn’t great to find in the dark. Room smelt damp and when I arrived all windows were open doors were unlocked and there were a lot of bugs. Room was generally ok, a little worn but the bathroom was not acceptable for a 4 star hotel, dirty and mouldy! Room was noisy from the highway then I had someone beeping there horn directly outside my room at 3am! Breakfast was ok. Left the next evening because I’d had enough, asked hotel to arrange a car toy the airport and they said they couldn’t so just booked a bolt car. Won’t stay here again.

Very old furniture including beds, looks like these furniture is inuse for many decades. Door was not openning fully, only 10% I could open and supposed to enter with sidewalk. Allmost on all doors handles are not functioning properly. In overall it is pool with hotel rathar than hotel with the pool. Beachbis dirty and area for swimming is very small. Territory outside is also very dirty. The fact that check in is at 14:00 rooms suuppsed to be ready around this time. I came around 16:00 and could enter room only at 17:30, in addition they said that there will be towels for so.e period of time.

The room wasn’t ready for check in at 3pm so we left to the city and come back at 2am, the bed was used by someone, pillows didn’t have pillowcase, blanket wasn’t clean, all looks like they use it like Motel. Will not stay again there.

First of all, we had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. They checked us in 1 hour and 5 minutes late (the room wasn’t ready) – we were only able to check in at 16:05. It seems they hired the reception staff from the street; they gave no information at check-in. We had to learn everything by asking other guests. There were broken tiles in the pool, and my child’s foot was injured. Of course, there were no band-aids at the reception. They changed our room for no reason, and we had to pack all our luggage again. Most importantly, three days before arrival we called to confirm the reservation, but no one answered. Apparently, the phone was broken. If you don’t want to be disappointed, I suggest choosing a normal hotel for your stay. Positives: Despite being old, the rooms were in good condition. The cleaning team did a great job, the rooms were well cleaned, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also above average and tasty.

We have serious issues with front office employee sahil . He isane guy , we are staying in marriot for around 6 pkus nights and nobody told us we forget topay 6 manat means 3 dollers , for 3 dollers he torture my wife and made an arguemt to issue the keys at night 1.30 am, for 3 dollers , no respect for cliemts , very bad not fit with marriot standards

Genel anlamda keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Temizlik konusunda ise lavabodaki koku bizi oldukça rahatsız etti. Otel görevlileri yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Seyahatimiz sırasında evimizde gibi hissettik. Şehir merkezine yarım saat mesafede deniz, kum , güneş ağırlıklı tatil planlıyorsanız fiyat/ performans olarak tercih edebilirsiniz. 👍

Berbat bir otel, berbat bir hizmet!!

Otel internet ve yorumlar doğrultusunda seçilmiş olup misafirlerimizle birlikte otele ulaştık, ilk şok büyük yatak olsun demiş olmamıza rağmen 2 ayrı yataklı odalar verilmiş olmasıydı. Tepkimiz üzerine fark ödeyerek bize daha iyi odalar verildi. Odalara girdiğimizde odaların çok eski, dökük ve pis olduğunu gördük. Hatta 2 odanın kapası kapanmıyordu. Otel yönetiminin gelmesiyle bu odalarda kalınamayacağı görüldü, çok tuhafki bu odaların böyle olduğu otel yönetimi tarafından bilinmiyor. Çöüzm olarak bize villa tipi odalar önerilde ve ikince kez bir fark ödedik, neden iade yapılamaz şekilde rezervasyon yapılmış. Bunuda ok ancak temizlik yapılmış olacak dedik ve ilk gece kaldık, 3. gece otele döndüğümüzde odaların temizlenmediğini ördük, oda servisini aradığımda resepsiyon cevepladı kendilerine ulaşamadığımızı bildirdi. Verdiğim tepki üzerine bize temiz havlular getirildi. Sabah checkout yaparken yönetime neden temizlik yapılmadı dediğimde ise biz 2 günde bir yapıyoruz cevabı bana 'artık pes' dedirtti. Sonuç olarak kesinlikle gidilmemesi gereken bir otel hatta yıldızlarının tamamının iptal edilmesi gereken bir otel. Ha bu arada sunulan kahvaltı ise yine aynı şekilde tek kelime ile berbattı ve ilk günden sonra dışarıda kahvaltı yaptık. Ramada by Whnydam markasına çok ama çok yazık...

We went when the hotel was completely empty - due to the Corona Vrus scare - the staff were very helpful and polite - the hotel was beautiful - the location though far from the centre of the city - had a beautiful iew of the ocean and nice rooms. The spa and pool were really good and the dinner was tasty - highly recommend this Hotel to those that want to be away from the hustle bustle and yet want to get to the city in 20 minutes

Good hotel, right next to the Caspian Sea with an excellent swimming pools (both indoor and outdoor). Breakfast is not so good, as offer is different to the international standards. Service appears to be slightly slow, so both times we’ve got cold food on room service (they don’t cover it while transfer from the restaurant to the room). Internet connection was jorrible, slow with breaks of signal. However they offer very good and reliable airport transfer (both pick up and drop off) for very reasonable fee (40 AZM). There is also associated restaurant IL-Mare which provides delicious food :)

Staff was very helpfull and friendely, overhall good condition of the hotel exept the mirror that fade away, some tiles in the shower on the edge of falling off and the door of the terrasse frame that has difficulties to close. The bed was very confortable but the table on the terrasse was weired and somehow useless.
