Avoid at all costs!
This was hands down one of the worst places I have ever stayed at in my entire life of traveling. I only stayed here because of location to an event but what a mistake that was. Nothing was as advertised, the place was dirty, towels were miserable, no a/c (eventhough listed), had to keep windows open so we were eaten alive by mosquitos, no restaurant or even water to be had. Staff wer very uninterested until I tried to check out and had to pay an additional 7 USD equivalent of some bizarre tax. Picture is of a restaurant not connected to the hotel. Please don't make the mistake I did.

The picture shown is the sea port of baku .the hotel is on the left corner , two stories and no elevator . You have to hang a tag for room cleaning which we did not find. No room cleaning ,water for 5 nights .A transportation guide from airport would be usefull

Отличный отель на берегу Каспийского моря
Отличный отель, идеальное расположение на набережной рядом с морем, в пешей доступности от всех основных достопримечательностей. Номер заказывали стандарт с двумя кроватями - очень комфортный большой номер, широкие кровати, удобные матрасы. В номере тепло, удобная регулировка отопления, чайник, халаты, тапочки. Хороший wi-fi в номерах и на ресепшн, несколько русских каналов на ТВ. Из минусов могу отметить вид из окна на стройку, хотя на сайте бронировали номер с видом на море (но это скорее ошибка сайта, т.к. вид на море только из люксов) и отсутствие хорошего кофе на завтрак, только растворимый (как позже заметили, в Баку кофе вообще не очень пользуется популярностью и редко где его хорошо готовят, Макдональдс всем кофеманам в помощь). Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля! Позитивные доброжелательные ребята, отлично говорящие на русском, которые всегда помогут, подскажут и оперативно выполнят любую просьбу.
